1. How much does FSBO Closer Cost?

Your subscription is only $30 per month. This includes:

  • Up to 50 active FSBO Websites at any given time. If you go over 50, it's only an extra $20 per month for another block of 50 active FSBO websites (51-100). Remember, these are only ACTIVE FSBO websites...you can easily maintain under 50 active sites by deleting older sites that you built and are no longer using (i.e., the FSBO property listed with you...so now you can delete that site). If you're a high-volume user, 51-100 active sites at any given time should be sufficient, and it's only another $20 per month).

  • Unlimited tech support (call 888-678-0905, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM MST).

  • You can upgrade to Expired Closer (http://www.landvoiceexpiredcloser.com) for only $20 per month extra, if you're a FSBO Closer Subscriber. Now you're armed!

2. What payment methods do you accept? How do I get started?

The $30 per month will simply be added to the account you already have with Landvoice. You don't have to provide us with a credit card to sign up today! To get started, CLICK HERE.

3. Is there a subscription commitment, like a 12-month contract?

Absolutely not. We're confident that if you use this tool, you're going to be very successful. There's no need to lock you into a contract. This tool has proven to be the most innovative method for listing FSBOs.

4. Do you have any marketing materials, including telemarketing scripts and direct sales letters, that I can use as a guide to give away a ton of FREE FSBO Websites?

5. Are there any set-up charges, hosting fees, or any other hidden charges?

Normally we charge a setup fee of $149, but we will waive this for you.

6. Can I get an exclusive on my area?

No. Having said that, we are considering putting a "cap" on how many subscribers we will take in each market area. By placing limitations on how many customers we will accept in each market area, we feel that our existing customers will be better served. We have not made a decision on this, but are carefully considering it.

7. How many FSBO Websites can I build?

You can have as many active FSBO websites as you need.

8. What if I need help?
