I authorize Landvoice to charge my existing credit card on file $30 per month for the FSBO Closer subscription. I understand the service is month-to-month. The $30 will appear on my credit card statement separately from my regular FSBO lead subscription. I will not charge back any portion of my membership fees, and understand that doing so is credit card fraud. I understand that Landvoice will provide me with a tool to build FSBO Web Pages, but does not guarantee my success, nor will it guarantee the sale of my client's property. I understand that use of these marketing materials are at my discretion, and I am solely responsible for my actions, the results and the consequences of the services I render. I will not hold Landvoice, its officers, employees or vendors liable for any activity in connection with my use of FSBO Closer and/or any of the marketing materials. I understand that if I wish to terminate my subscription, I must do so in writing by sending an email to: support@landvoice.com, or in writing to: Landvoice, PO Box 518140, Salt Lake City, UT, 84151-1140. I understand that I have invested in a single-user license, and Landvoice reserves the right to terminate or suspend my subscription if I share my account username and password with any other real estate professionals. In this case, no refunds will be granted. I understand that there is no guarantee that the websites I build using LandvoiceFSBOCloser.com will be up and running 100% of the time (although we work hard to maintain as close to 100% as possible).
